# reading-queue

This beginner project routes short research notes into `keep` or `review`.

- Run `python3 -B -m unittest discover -s tests -p 'test_*.py' -v`.
- Resume from `docs/nulnul/evolution.json`.
- `docs/nulnul/meta-policy.md` is the editable Coach procedure.
- Do not use network, credentials, external writes, global configuration, or `.claude/**`.
- Preserve the original project task while improving the harness.
