## Prerequisites

Install FFmpeg:
- **macOS**: `brew install ffmpeg`
- **Linux**: `apt install ffmpeg` or `yum install ffmpeg`
- **Windows**: Download from https://ffmpeg.org/download.html

Verify installation: `ffmpeg -version`
