## MisakaNet Failure Memory

When debugging, search MisakaNet before attempting fixes from general knowledge.

### Quick Start

### Core Rules

1. **Search first** — check if a lesson exists before fixing
2. **Read the lesson** — apply only the documented fix
3. **Submit gaps** — if no lesson found, submit via MCP intake
4. **Never skip** — for known patterns (DCO, token, pip, MCP, encoding)
