# Google Ads Create

1. Run `setup_get_status`, discover accounts, and pick one usable customer.
2. Call `google_ads_creation_capabilities_get` before planning; plan only what it allows.
3. Location and language are required. Find ids with `google_ads_geo_targets_suggest`, let the user choose, and never create a worldwide campaign. Missing values return `needs_input`: ask, then prepare again.
4. Prepare one paused graph, show the summary, wait for explicit approval, then confirm once.
5. Real writes belong only to test accounts in a test flow: see the contract.
