handling (candidate excludes certain industries, employer requires specific
certification), partial match handling (meets 7 of 10 requirements), overqualification
detection (senior candidate matched to junior role), underqualification detection
with growth potential scoring, experience equivalency (years of experience vs.
demonstrated competency).

assessment (how are soft skills matched when they are inherently subjective),
