Triggers: a fresh session's first planning question; before claiming a Fleet Manager lane; the weekly planning slot; an operator's 'where are we'."

# Overview Skill

If you need to know where Fleet Manager v1 stands, what is missing, or which views still need love — before planning, before a lane claim, or when the operator asks — you MUST immediately use the `view_file` tool to read and strictly adhere to `.agents/skills/overview/references/overview-read.md` before answering from memory or asking the operator. The screen you print is `.agents/skills/overview/assets/overview-screen.md`.
