# Design notes

Loose top-level design doc seeded so the brownfield fixture carries a
class-3 surface: the canonical home for charter / design content is
`docs/CHARTER.md`, so the adapt-to-project skill should propose a
discovery + restructuring move into `docs/CHARTER.md`.
