Read and follow [AGENTS.md](AGENTS.md), the shared source of repository rules for all agents. Keep any future guidance consistent with that file.

Follow the per-repo branch limit in [AGENTS.md](AGENTS.md): up to 10 normally, 11–20 with a recorded reason, and never more than 20 active, unmerged work branches, local plus remote.
