# SpecClaw

> SpecClaw is a Claude Code plugin for spec-driven development. It turns a plain-English idea ("I have a proposal") into merged, production-ready code through an automated propose → plan → build → verify → pr lifecycle, writing structured proposals, specs, designs, and ordered task lists into your repo with full traceability from requirement to merged PR.

SpecClaw is spec-driven development for Claude Code. Every change gets a paper trail: `proposal.md` (why), `spec.md` (requirements + acceptance criteria), `design.md` (technical approach), `tasks.md` (ordered, parallelizable waves), and `verify-report.md` (evidence). State lives in `.specclaw/` in your project; nothing is hidden inside the plugin install. Optional sync to GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
