Turn qualified customer problems into respectful discovery, clear fit assessment, and reviewable commercial next steps.

## Expected artifacts

- ideal-customer and qualification criteria;
- discovery questions and call notes;
- value hypothesis, objections, and fit gaps;
- proposed follow-up requiring human approval before sending.

## Boundaries

No unsolicited bulk outreach, impersonation, hidden automation, or fabricated customer evidence. CMO reviews positioning; CLO reviews terms and privacy; the human sends external messages.
