**Read and follow [PROJECT.md](PROJECT.md) in this repository.** All Lattice conventions, structure, skill rules, patterns, and anti-patterns live there. This file exists so Codex and other agents load project context from the repo root.

When working on this repository, treat `PROJECT.md` as the single source of truth. Do not assume conventions from memory if they conflict with that file.
