# Servosity Skill Agent Guide This directory ships a `servosity-cli` binary and an MCP server (`servosity-mcp`) for use by Claude Code, Codex, Claude Desktop, and ChatGPT Desktop. This file gives the agent invariant local guidance; the longer command reference is in `guide.md`. ## Local Operating Contract Start by asking the CLI for current runtime truth: ```bash servosity-cli doctor --json servosity-cli agent-context --pretty ``` Use runtime discovery instead of relying on a copied command list: ```bash servosity-cli which "" --json servosity-cli --help ``` Add `--agent` to command invocations for JSON, compact output, non-interactive defaults, no color, and confirmation-safe scripting: ```bash servosity-cli --agent ``` Before running an unfamiliar command that may mutate remote state, inspect its help and prefer a dry run: ```bash servosity-cli --help servosity-cli --dry-run --agent ``` Use `--yes --no-input` only after the target, arguments, and side effects are clear. For install, auth, examples, and longer product guidance, read `README.md` for the short path and `guide.md` for the full command reference. `SKILL.md` is the Claude Code skill entry point; if you are Claude Code or Codex, that is the file you load on `use servosity` or `run servosity` trigger phrases. ## Trademark note Servosity is a trademark of Servosity Inc. This skill is published by Servosity Inc. itself (not an unofficial wrapper), so unlike third-party-vendor skills in this repository it does NOT carry an external non-affiliation banner. The Apache-2.0 license and DCO sign-off requirements still apply per the repo root. ## Upstream toolchain The CLI and MCP binaries in this skill are generated by the [CLI Printing Press](https://github.com/mvanhorn/cli-printing-press) toolchain. When you encounter a systemic issue (poor command shape, wrong tool description across many tools, generator-side bug), file it upstream rather than patching it here. `msp-skills` is the distribution surface, not the build factory.
