Preserve the Autonomous Runbook design in `DESIGN.md`. Keep the story local-first: the open-source agent is the product foundation and cloud adds continuity. Do not invent customer counts, placement claims, or application success rates. Keep registration and pricing language explicit about what is and is not being purchased.
