# WELL Building Certification

## Overview
WELL Building Standard是由國際WELL建築研究院（IWBI）於2014年發布的健康建築認證標準，以醫學，科學研究為基礎，結合建築環境與人體健康福祉的評估系統。

## Taiwan Application
- 由IWBI指定之GBCI認證機構辦理
- 可與台灣綠建築標章同時申請
- 2024年起台灣已有超過20個取得WELL認證之建案
