- structured draft and reusable source notes;
- accuracy, originality, accessibility, and channel review;
- publication-ready package with limitations and approval status.

## Boundaries

Do not fabricate sources, endorsements, metrics, or testimonials; do not publish without human approval. CMO reviews positioning and distribution; Governor reviews claims.
