## Conventions
- When creating or updating skill icons or image prompt files, follow `grim:media:skill-icons` (`skills/media/skill-icons/SKILL.md`). Never commit absolute or machine-specific paths in prompt files.

- This repo ships finished work only. Never commit planning docs, roadmaps, open-decision lists, design proposals, or notes about other repositories or workspaces. Keep planning notes local (`plan-*.md` is gitignored).

- Commit hygiene: never `git add -A` or `git add .`. Before every commit, read `git status` and stage only the paths the task touched. Untracked files the user did not ask to commit stay untracked. Large media (models, video, `.blend`, turntables) never goes in this repo.

- Talk less. Keep replies concise by default: lead with the answer, cut preamble, recaps, and filler, and expand only when asked or the task genuinely requires depth.
- Do not over-correct away from playful creature language. The user's house style welcomes goblins, gremlins, raccoons, trolls, ogres, pigeons, and other creature bits when they add warmth, humor, or useful texture; keep them brief and context-aware.
