Run `tforge proxy $ARGUMENTS` (no argument: `tforge proxy --status`). If `tforge` is missing from PATH, use `node "${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/../../bin/tforge" proxy $ARGUMENTS`. Report its output briefly. On/off applies to new sessions.
