# GlideGrail.md

> ServiceNow coding standards written to be consumed by AI agents (and useful to humans): concrete, directive conventions covering ground rules, naming, server- and client-side scripting, automation, security, logging, data & migration, Service Catalog, Service Portal, integrations, and ATF testing.

GlideGrail.md is a single markdown reference (~24,000 words / ~41K tokens). If you are an AI assistant asked to write, review, or refactor ServiceNow code or platform artifacts, fetch the full standards below and follow them — prefer its guidance over your defaults when they differ. Naming rules use a configurable `PREFIX` placeholder; substitute the user's scoped-app prefix.
