# Execute Module - Agent Scaffolding ## Module Overview **Purpose**: Execute selected rendered simulation scripts through the canonical backend registry: 13 execution targets comprising 12 render backends and the execution-only Lean bridge. These include PyMDP, RxInfer.jl, ActiveInference.jl, JAX, DisCoPy, PyTorch, NumPyro, Stan, bnlearn, ngc-learn, cpomdp and THRML. The pipeline freezes model selection and produces one current-run aggregate; earlier unbound or different-run summaries are archived without contributing current evidence. Verified receipts may be recounted only within the same run/configuration. Step 11 reports incompatible model kinds as `unsupported`; they are never executed. THRML and cpomdp remain experimental and require explicit backend selection; they are excluded from the maintained `all` renderer preset. Bounded readiness probes use the selected interpreter/toolchain and preserve structured diagnoses for missing packages/toolchains, unsupported Python/package versions, probe timeout/failure and missing executors.
