# Quickstart task

This is a small, self-contained practice project. Read the task assigned to your role in context/discuss/normalize-label.md. The implementer owns labels.py and their appended thread entry. The supplied tests define acceptance criteria and must not be changed to make a result pass.

Run tests from the toolkit repository root with `python -m unittest discover -s examples/quickstart/project -v`, or from this directory with `python -m unittest -v`. Report the exact command and observed outcome. Use one bounded session and do not launch other agents. On handoff, append a `### ROLE <ISO timestamp>` entry and update the frontmatter owner. Keep the existing task and entries.
