# Shared planning board sync

The owning tedi runs `scripts/workflow.ts` natively. Installation pins the board
configuration and exact provider binding into its reviewed skill revision. The
repository example contains no tenant identities, credentials or live sources.
The hourly UTC trigger keeps only configured local working-hour slots and one
nightly full pass, including across daylight-saving changes. Manual runs pass
`{"manual":true}`; parameters cannot select another board, owner or destination.

Use the existing source graph for provider identities and the configured state
sheet for field baselines, a CAS lease and write intents. Name matching is exact
after normalization; explicit links override it. Ambiguous matches are reported,
never merged. Project keys and Work source-intent keys are deterministic. No
Notion page is deleted, archived, moved or broadly replaced.

Notion owns names, planning status, type, next-task type and dates. OS project
names, status and target dates follow them. All human properties remain on the
source link or project metadata, including statuses with no Work execution
lifecycle equivalent. A Notion Done label does not admit, settle or complete an
OS execution Attempt. The normal Work lifecycle still applies.

Purpose, Goals, Latest signals and Work links live between the board's visible
`TEDIX SYNC BEGIN` and `TEDIX SYNC END` markers. Each update fetches the exact
current block and uses targeted replacement, preserving surrounding human text.
Missing, duplicate or broken markers fail closed. Reasoning treats sources as
untrusted data, cites supplied URLs and labels proposed goals as proposals.

Only explicitly selected projects, or projects with this board key in
`metadata.planningBoards`, export new OS work. `exportSince` avoids copying a
project's entire historical backlog. Existing provider links prevent duplicates.
Uncertain provider effects retain an intent and block replay; inspect provider
state and repair the exact intent before resuming. Never clear an uncertain
intent just to retry a create.

Two changed copies of an owned field produce one Needs you interaction per
entity. Resolve by making Notion and OS agree on the chosen value; a later pass
withdraws the resolved question and permits a new card for a later conflict. Signal reads use configured shared Workspace Outputs and explicit
readers. Current meetings and signals may propose one new, cited task per project
per pass. A stable evidence key prevents repeated proposals; proposed work still
requires normal admission before execution and exports to the shared board. Missing personal delegation is reported as incomplete coverage; it
never authorizes borrowing an Inbox factory's consent. Declare additional
personal readers in the manifest and use the Workspace schedule's native
permission button before enabling them.

Inspect the run, state sheet and first-pass document separately. A partial run
lists exact failed entities and missing signals; it is not proof of a full sync.
Writes use journaled durable checkpoints and readback receipts. Keep the
state sheet dedicated to this skill and do not edit it during an active lease.

## Render and install

Prepare a private JSON configuration with source collection URLs, property names,
status mapping, explicit existing-project links, owner and recipient identities,
working-hour slots, selected signal Workspaces, a dedicated state sheet and the
report document. No live coordinates belong in this public repository.

Set `notionNamespace` to the exact provider namespace returned by discovery.
The renderer pins it into both the manifest and the workflow configuration.

`bun scripts/skills/render-planning-board-sync.ts CONFIG.json ASSETS.json`
validates the configuration and renders a draft with scheduling disabled. Record
the returned assets through the discovered `record_skills` schema; verify its
owner, pinned source, provider bindings and manifest before activation. Link the
skill to its Workspace as a `tedix` / `skill` resource. Activate the reviewed
revision through the existing skill lifecycle, enable its native schedule, then
run one manual pass and inspect its exact document and provider receipts.
