- The owner calls this repo **TLM**.

- **The owner's sessions push straight to `main`. No pull requests** unless the owner asks
  for one (decided 2026-10-12). Run `node scripts/validate.mjs` before every push.
  Outside contributors still use pull requests, per `CONTRIBUTING.md`.
- No long dashes (em or en) anywhere. Plain words.
