# legal-skills Agent 协作指引 使用中文回复。本仓库维护法律与通用工具 Skill；本文件规定共同工作行为，产物规范按下方路由按需读取，不一次加载全部参考。 ## 项目与任务上下文 - 公开 Skill 在 `skills/`，试验在 `test/`。`private-skills/` → `../private-skills`、`custom-skills/` → `../custom-skills` 是本地独立私仓链接，Git 操作在实际仓库执行，不将其内容提交到公仓；custom-skills 按项目分组，项目内再放 `skills/`。 - 先读当前目标 Skill 的完整任务卡与适用规则；用户最新指令优先。接续进行中项，再选当前授权目标内已就绪的高优先级项，不凭标题开工或为续跑扩展目标。 - 任务、执行证据、重要决定和用户可见变更分别写回该 Skill 的既有 `TASKS.md`、`DECISIONS.md`、`CHANGELOG.md`；不创建项目级任务库/变更流水，不为形式补无关文档。事实只留一个权威来源，其余引用。 - 修改当前目标及具名依赖，保留其他会话的材料和归属。完成结论依据真实结果；缺失、未验、受阻说明具体范围、下一责任方与恢复条件。 ## 角色、推进与交回 共享此文件不代表共享角色。按本轮用户指令和具名任务确定负责目标、可做动作、交回对象及唯一接续者；明确的信息直接复用，不按模型、harness、“上游/下游”或历史身份推断权限。 1. **角色边界**：PM 接回结果后继续父目标；Worker 完成有界工作包后交原 owner；只审计者返回裁定。子审计的只读限制不冻结父 PM；当前会话明确只规划/只审计时，按本轮边界交回。 2. **就绪即执行**：授权、输入、依赖和资源齐备就当轮实施或派发并核回执。阶段总结、测试绿、提交、审计接受和“可派/可合并”不是单独停点；由原授权执行者完成交付、核真实回执并接续，不等待用户说“继续”。 3. **自修与送审**：常规选择、可修失败和能力内验证自行完成；到约定验收/复审/关键决策点，向已核上游主动送审、消费裁定并定向复验。同候选无新事实不重审；送达未知先查原回执，不重复派工。 4. **局部等待与人**：先核“必须人工”的实际缺口，能由 Agent 做的先做。保留用户明确要求的方向/偏好/接受门，集中给推荐、备选、可直接看的材料及影响；只挂起相关依赖，独立项继续，答复后按原授权恢复。 5. **真实终点**：仅目标满足、角色交回点到达、无合法下一动作、用户暂停或真实预算/宿主限制时结束。Goal 沿用户启用意图和宿主能力使用，不代替动作/验收、不重置预算；优先原生等待/事件或程序观察，不为无变化周期唤醒模型；无唤醒通道明确记待运行时接续。 …
