# Create Marketing Content

Turn real business knowledge into clear, useful, credible content. Optimize for reader progress before engagement.

## Workflow

1. Confirm the reader, awareness stage, publication surface, content job, desired action, voice, length, and facts that may be used.
2. Build a source ledger. Separate verified facts, attributed claims, practitioner experience, examples, opinions, and unknowns.
3. Define one core proposition and two or three supporting ideas. State what the reader can understand, decide, or execute afterward.
4. Select a structure that matches the job: tutorial, diagnosis, argument, case, comparison, checklist, story, or field note.
5. Open with a concrete tension, observation, decision, mistake, or outcome. Do not manufacture fear or curiosity.
6. Develop the argument with mechanism, evidence, examples, trade-offs, failure conditions, and next actions.
7. Create platform-native packaging only after the body can deliver the promise.
8. End with a useful synthesis, decision rule, checklist, or relevant next question. Keep calls to action natural and optional.
9. Edit for short sentences, precise verbs, varied rhythm, clear attribution, and removal of filler, repetition, cliché, and unsupported certainty.
10. Run an integrity check for claims, permissions, disclosure, privacy, copyright, sensitive categories, and platform rules.
11. After facts, structure, and platform requirements are stable, use `$wepr-human-writing` when the Chinese draft still feels mechanical, translated, generic, or unlike natural client-facing writing.

## Human-led production loop

For recurring editorial work, keep ideation and drafting as separate actions:

1. Capture raw observations quickly in the lowest-friction form available. Preserve concrete scenes, emotional triggers, unresolved questions, and the speaker's own phrases.
2. Validate the topic before polishing prose. Compare audience questions, current discussions, search demand, past performance, and the account's positioning; record contradictory signals.
3. Let the author set the proposition, judgment, structure, and lived experience. Assistance may organize sources, expand marked gaps, produce variants, and challenge the draft, but must not invent the author's thinking.
4. Draft through gaps without breaking the reasoning flow. Mark missing examples, definitions, facts, or transitions explicitly, then resolve each marker from supplied material or label it unresolved.
5. Run separate fact, reasoning, voice, and platform reviews. A fluent draft does not pass if it adds unsupported claims or erases the author's point of view.
6. When timing allows, review the draft after a cooling-off interval and read it in the actual consumption context before publication.
7. After publication, preserve the core proposition but rebuild the opening, unit size, visual form, and CTA for each destination. Do not paste one platform's artifact everywhere.

## Brand-content grammar

For branded social content, connect the content system to the product and business model:

- **recognition:** define a small set of repeatable visual and verbal choices that survive changing topics;
- **story functions:** maintain recurring lanes for desire, product proof, education, creator/community participation, and objection handling;
- **product action:** identify the product behavior worth repeatedly showing—comparison, assembly, transformation, testing, customization, or use in context;
- **community role:** define what the audience can do inside the brand world, not only what they can buy;
- **profile journey:** use profile copy, pinned content, highlights or equivalents to answer identity, mechanism, proof, and purchase-risk questions;
- **feedback loop:** turn comments, support questions, objections, and user language into new proof content and product communication.

Visual consistency is not identical templates. It is a stable decision grammar that can absorb new products, seasons, creators, and formats.

## Route by need

- Read [references/structure-and-persuasion.md](references/structure-and-persuasion.md) to choose a structure and strengthen reasoning.
- Read [references/editorial-qa.md](references/editorial-qa.md) for rewriting, platform adaptation, and final review.
- For Xiaohongshu-specific search, titles, and account operations, use `$plan-xiaohongshu-growth` instead.
- For final Chinese-language naturalization without changing claims, use `$wepr-human-writing`.
- For mechanical-pattern diagnosis, minimal revision, evidence-risk checks, and author-voice preservation, use `$wepr-editorial-quality`.
- When approved content will be created, reviewed, scheduled, or distributed through GEOFlow, use `$wepr-geoflow` to verify the instance workflow and operational boundary before any write or publication.
- When the topic, commercial objective, audience problem, or business claim is still unclear, use `$wepr-business-workbench` before drafting.
- When the client brief, approval owner, protected scope, or acceptance criteria are unclear, use `$wepr-client-discovery` before drafting.
- For evidence-backed audience needs, pains, objections, alternatives, and natural market language, use `$wepr-market-signal-research`.
- For paid-ad concepts, platform copy decks, creative briefs, landing-page continuity, and advertising-policy checks, use `$wepr-advertising-workbench`.

## Output modes

- **Create:** source ledger, angle, outline, final copy, headline options, and QA notes.
- **Rewrite:** preserve verified facts and intended voice; show the revised copy and material changes.
- **Diagnose:** identify reader, promise, evidence, structure, clarity, trust, and conversion problems before editing.
- **Repurpose:** preserve the proposition while rebuilding hook, length, format, and CTA for each platform.

## Guardrails

Do not fabricate cases, quotations, clients, results, urgency, authority, testimonials, or data. Avoid shame, identity threats, or anxiety as default persuasion. Do not imitate a living creator's signature voice or hide sponsorship and commercial intent.
