Indexed from public GitHub and served as immutable, content-addressed versions. Install it pinned to an exact SHA-256 with the mdr CLI, and every file is verified before it reaches your agent: the main file against the SHA-256 recorded here, the others against the git hashes of its source commit. The deterministic audit below grades the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
## What this is
A Claude Code plugin (`dev-skills`) packaging development workflow skills. Skills are pure markdown — no build, no tests, no compilation.
## Skill structure
Each skill lives at `skills/<name>/SKILL.md` with optional `references/` subdirectory.
SKILL.md format:

Skills map to stages: `product-primitives` (0), `shaping-work` (1), `product-thinker` (0-1), `strategic-thinker` (0 to 2), `write-plan` (2), `execute-plan` (3), `qa-test` (4), `explain` (any stage). Harness meta-skills `loop-check` and `tighten-loop` now live in `tap-skills`.
## Conventions
- Plugin manifest: `.claude-plugin/plugin.json` — bump version on behavioral changes

How to install
mdr add teambrilliant/dev-skills/CLAUDE.md@git:20260927.b9558d0mdr add teambrilliant/dev-skills/CLAUDE.md@sha256:c0bb0be0468c4a44Pin to a label to follow the author's releases, or to a sha256 for exact bytes. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install fetches those bytes again and checks them, so it installs them exactly or fails.
