Working memory for every AI session in this vault. Loaded into Claude
Code / Cowork on wake-up. Keep this under 100 lines. Every line costs
tokens on every turn.

## Preferences

- Tone: peer, terse, no fluff
- Don't ask homework-style questions
- Organize by lever / channel, not chronology
- Prefer tables to bullet lists when comparing
- One operator-grade number per claim — never vibes
- When citing files, use `file:line` so I can jump there

## Stack & conventions

- Vault sync: iCloud (Mac) + Obsidian Sync (cross-device)
- Daily notes: 01-Daily/YYYY-MM-DD.md, auto-fired by Calendar plugin
- Templates: in 99-Templates/, Templater handles them
- Companies live in 04-Companies/, people in 03-People/, projects in 02-Projects/Active/
- Numeric folder prefixes are NOT decorative — they force consistent order across devices

## Anti-patterns (things I've already burned hours on)

- Putting tasks in two systems — they fall through the gap
- Renaming a person note when their title changes — breaks all backlinks
- Starting structure for 100 notes before I have 10
- Letting 00-Inbox grow past ~50 items
