# AGENTS.md Instructions for coding agents (and Cursor Cloud) working in this repository. ## Owner's standing instruction: complete the engineering program Owner, 2026-10-07: continue implementing all ten phases in `tasks/plan.md` and `tasks/todo.md`. Authorization covers the entire program, not only Phase 1. Do not stop at the end of a ticket, validated delivery, or phase to ask whether to continue. Keep progressing, report milestones, preserve work across sessions, and maintain the current phase and next tasks in those files. When one item lacks an external resource, record what is missing and continue independent work. Mark phases complete only when their acceptance criteria are actually met; a simulation does not replace the real longitudinal observation required by Phase 10. Existing provider, workspace and production-scope rules still apply.
