# Arthur Onboard — Step 4: Analyze Repository

**Goal:** Detect language, framework, and existing instrumentation. Write results to `.arthur-engine.env`.

## Read State

- **isInstrumented**: true if Arthur SDK, `@mastra/arthur`, or `openinference` already present

## Write Results to State
