This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository.
## Project overview
A collection of Claude Code agent skills and hooks for development workflows, distributed as a plugin marketplace. Contains 7 skills and 1 hook organized into 5 plugins:
- **github-workflow** plugin: `git-commit`, `github-pr-creation`, `github-pr-merge`, `github-pr-review`
- **skill-authoring** plugin: `creating-skills`
- **guardrails** plugin: `guard-destructive` PreToolUse hook
- **privacy-guard** plugin: `privacy-guard` skill (session rules + pre-commit denylist gate for public repos)
- **decision-records** plugin: `decision-records` skill (writes ADRs, and validates a collection against the convention it already follows)
Skills are model-invoked (Claude activates them based on user intent, not slash commands). The hook runs automatically on every Bash tool call.

How to install
mdr add fvadicamo/dev-agent-skills/CLAUDE.md@sha256:04fde0d79abdf61eThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260902.3cd6d62, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
