# compose-ai-tools

> compose-ai-tools renders Jetpack Compose and Compose Multiplatform `@Preview` composables to PNG outside Android Studio, and produces structured UI data so developers and coding agents can inspect and verify changes.

The project supports a zero-build-edit CLI, a version-pinned Gradle plugin, a VS Code extension, CI actions, and an optional MCP server and render daemon. Java 17 or newer and Gradle 8.13 or newer are required.

MCP: there are two servers. The local one is `compose-preview mcp serve` (stdio, renders the user's own project). The hosted catalog server has one URL, `https://preview.coo.ee/mcp`; `https://ui.coo.ee/mcp` is an alias of the same server, so never configure both.
