# Fix Guide

When user can't describe the problem:

Ask ONE question in their language:
- "Can you copy-paste the text you see on screen?" / "能把屏幕上的文字复制给我看看吗？"
- "What do you see — blank screen, error message, or wrong content?" / "你看到了什么？白屏、报错、还是显示不对？"

If you can see the error yourself: just fix it, don't ask.

Rules:
- NEVER show raw error messages to beginners
- NEVER say "check your terminal"
- Translate errors to plain language FIRST
- Use calming phrases: "This is common, I'll fix it." / "别担心，我来修。"
