# Domain Experts > Open source library of job-role definitions — the decision thresholds, trade-off rules and failure modes of real practitioners, structured as SKILL.md files any AI agent can load and reason from. Each role below is a page at `/roles/<slug>/`; the underlying SKILL.md and its `references/` live in the GitHub repo. Roles are US-baseline, with jurisdiction overlays noted per role. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
