# Working on Leon AI Read [ARCHITECTURE.md](core/context/ARCHITECTURE.md) for runtime boundaries and [LEON.md](core/context/LEON.md) for intended behavior. Verify the relevant source before changing a subsystem; these context files are generated summaries. ## Workflow - For a new goal, inspect the existing implementation and confirm the plan with the owner before changing code. - Use `pnpm`, never npm. Keep changes minimal. Before implementing anything, search for existing functions, methods, utilities, types, components and installed facilities, especially `server/src/helpers/` and SDK utilities; inspect their implementations and call sites. Reuse them directly or extend them compatibly instead of duplicating, rewriting or wrapping equivalent behavior. Add new code only for a demonstrated gap, respect runtime boundaries, and remove superseded implementations rather than keeping parallel paths. - Keep registry dependencies at least 36 hours old through root pnpm/uv policy, including standalone installs. Exceptions require explicit owner approval, exact version pins and package-scoped overrides; never disable the global cooldown. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
