- Challenge schema drift, auth, injection, leaks, error paths, compatibility.
- Finding = **path+evidence+impact + fix**. **style ≠ finding**.
- **Lead with findings**. Target ~75% less avoidable prose; skip **generic praise** and restatement. If none: `No actionable findings.`
