Apply relevant global and nested instructions as well; these repository details do not waive the engineering standards below. ## Preserve the product TraceMantle is a Python CLI and library for validating agent skill bundles, identifying their content and dependencies, and checking whether imported evidence satisfies a trusted release policy. - Preserve that purpose.
