# AGENTS.md - 统一目录归属与 GitHub automation

## 目录用途

本目录统一管理 FateCat 的业务、契约、资料、脚本、测试、平台、基础设施及本机开发/运行目录。根目录文件保持原位；仓库根目录只允许 `.git/` 和 `.github/`，不保留旧路径、重复迁移副本或兼容链接。

## 职责与安全边界

- 原有 apps、ai、domains、platform、infra、contracts、catalog、governance、shared、tools、docs、references、scripts、tests 保留原名和职责。
- `workflows/` 仍是 GitHub Actions 固定入口；不能再嵌套第二层 `.github/workflows/`。
- `.venv/`、缓存和 `infra/runtime/local-state/` 仅属 ignored 本机状态，不提交环境、数据库、日志、出生资料或 secret。
- 继续遵守各子目录 AGENTS.md 的领域所有权、来源只读、许可证、隐私和行为约束；目录迁移不允许修改业务算法或扩大生产能力。
- 所有仓库级路径仍以真实仓库根为基准，源码和资源路径加 `.github/`；根目录的 pyproject.toml、requirements、Makefile、README、SKILL.md 等文件不迁移。
- 第三方参考快照、原始数据及现有运行记录不得因迁移被改写或删除；历史证据中的旧路径可作为当时记录保留，不作为当前入口。

## 远端流程

- `workflows/quick.yml`：PR、main push 和手动触发自动 quick gate，只调用 `.github/scripts/local-ci.sh --profile quick`。
- `workflows/acceptance.yml`：手动完整验收，不自动发布。
- `workflows/container.yml`：手动构建与 smoke；只有显式 push_image 才推送 GHCR、上传 release artifacts、生成并验证 attestation。
- `workflows/evaluation-nightly.yml`：手动/定时离线 EvaluationRun，不自动部署或读取真实用户资料。
- `workflows/hf-space-deploy.yml`：手动 HF 分发，由部署者显式提供凭据并选择上传与远端清理策略。
- 本轮目录迁移不调用真实 HF、Bot、Postgres、交易 API 或远端发布；不运行会清理既有数据的默认整套 CI。验证使用隔离工作区和显式外部输出目录。

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261025.3c17b73, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
