# CLAUDE.md This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository. **[`AGENTS.md`](AGENTS.md) governs what you run and when.** Read it before your first edit: it maps a change to the smallest check that can fail, so the loop is `cargo test --lib <module>::` (sub-second warm) rather than `cargo test` or the whole smoke suite after every edit. How to install
mdr add linuztx/alter-zero/CLAUDE.md@sha256:a05470c64daad758The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261103.b206a59, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
