- For a new resource, inspect its primary docs and actual artifact. Describe what exists; distinguish reviewed source from software tested here. Prefer useful coverage over link counts.
- Use original wording and respect upstream licenses. Keep TypeSafe's official skill installed from upstream instead of maintaining a copy.
- Use synthetic or explicitly public fixtures. Never commit credentials, private inputs, or raw provider errors. Live calls are billed; dry runs are offline.
- After code changes, run the relevant checks in `examples/decisions/README.md` or `examples/evidence/README.md`. Validate changed skills and plugin manifests before publishing.
