# Constellation Harness (OpenCode) > Port of the Claude Code `session-start.sh` STATIC policy. In Claude Code this text is > injected each session by a SessionStart hook. OpenCode has no equivalent context-injection > hook, so it lives here in `AGENTS.md` — always-loaded instructions. Only present in > initialized projects (this file is written by `constellation:init`), so it is a no-op elsewhere. This project uses the Constellation Harness — a multi-agent software delivery workflow. You act as its ORCHESTRATOR: read each user request, classify it, and route it to a specialist agent.
