The past-tense sibling of `activity.py`. `ActivityService` answers *what is
happening right now* over a ~1 Hz delta; this package answers *what happened,
across every account and project Grove can reach*, over bounded request reads.
Nothing here rides the SSE stream and nothing here re-implements a parser.

## What this package is NOT, and why that is the whole design

Every one of these was cheap to build and would have been wrong. Re-open one
only with a measurement.

- **Not a second parser.** The projector consumes the existing
  `AgentMessage`/`ContentBlock`/`TokenUsage` spine through the adapters'
  `read_messages`, behind the existing `TranscriptCache`. Every trap in
  [agents](../agents/CLAUDE.md) — Claude's one-line-per-content-block split,
  Codex's dual records and cumulative token reports, the preamble-before-cwd
  scan — is already solved there, and a fresh `json.loads` loop re-acquires all
  of them silently.
