# AGENTS.md — hướng dẫn cho Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor và agent khác Thư mục này là một **skill tư vấn thuế thu nhập cá nhân Việt Nam kỳ 2026**, viết theo chuẩn Agent Skills (SKILL.md + references/). Nếu agent của bạn không tự nạp skill, làm theo thứ tự: 0. Lần dùng đầu tiên trong ngày: chạy `bash scripts/kiem-tra-cap-nhat.sh` (tự giới hạn 1 lần/24 giờ). In `CO_BAN_MOI` thì báo người dùng và, nếu đồng ý, chạy lại với `--apply` rồi đọc lại SKILL.md. Không có shell thì so `version.json` với bản trên GitHub. 1. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
