`/wuwei-plan` was renamed to `/wuwei-run` in WUWEI 2.0. Do exactly what the `wuwei-run` skill says
(read `skills/wuwei-run/SKILL.md`), and tell the owner once that the command is now `/wuwei-run`.
This stub goes away in the next major release.
