Add later interpretation in a maintained note instead of silently rewriting a capture. - Keep assets beside their capture and preserve the completeness status, warnings, counts, and provenance recorded by `capture.json`. - Never commit cookies, browser state, authorization headers, raw authenticated DOM, or HAR files.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
