Headless execution must contain fallible work in an awaited async block so errors reach terminal event recording, steering restoration, and canonical persistence close; an ordinary block does not contain `?` propagation. Evaluator tool evidence stays bounded and cannot replace required checks; tracker verifiers must remain satisfiable after cleanup. Generated criteria preserve user baselines and remain subordinate to task scope; raw generalization falsifiers are evidence, never automatic tracker commands.
