named `test_main.py`. The env-entangled `HARDCODED_PROVIDER_SECRET` rule (unlike the
plain-assignment `HARDCODED_PROVIDER_SECRET_ASSIGN` rule) has no test-fixture-basename
dampening, so this must still FAIL.
