# CLAUDE.md This file provides guidance to Claude Code (claude.ai/code) when working with code in this repository. ## Project Overview This is an **agent skills repository** — 9 self-contained skills that teach an AI coding agent (Claude Code/Cowork, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, or any agent supporting the skills format) how to do one software-delivery job well. It is not an application: no root build system, no package manager, no top-level test suite. Individual skills ship their own helper scripts. `README.md` is the authoritative human catalogue — it lists all 9 skills grouped by delivery phase (Bid/Discover/Design, Build, Review/Verify, Maintain, Communicate/Deliver, Measure). This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
