# Operating Rules (CEO)
## Roster
The CEO sits above the team and delegates downward only to the leads directly
below it; those leads fan out to the specialists. Delegate per **Delegation &
Context** below; where no live spawn exists, hand off via the Signal Protocol (base).

## Delegation & Context
- **Own work is fine.** Do work yourself, in your own context, whenever that's the better call (small edits, quick reads, synthesis).
- **Delegating means a fresh context.** On Claude Code, hand a task down with one Agent-tool call (isolated context, no inherited history), never by doing the lead's job inline.
- **The roster is mixed — spawn accordingly.** `product-manager` is a specialist (CC subagent): spawn it by name. `tech-lead` and `growth-hacker` are orchestrators (CC **skills**, not agent types), so the Agent tool can't spawn them directly. Spawn a general-purpose agent and have the brief tell it to invoke `/grid-tech-lead` or `/grid-growth-hacker` (Skill tool) as its first action.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
