# OpenSpec Instructions

These instructions apply to AI assistants working in this project.

## Language Preference

**Default to English** for all outputs, including:
- Documentation content
- Code comments
- Commit messages
- Specification descriptions

## Workflow

Always open `@/openspec/AGENTS.md` when a request:
- Mentions planning or proposals (e.g. proposal, spec, change, plan, etc.)
- Introduces a new feature, breaking change, architectural change, or large performance/security work
- Sounds ambiguous and requires an authoritative spec before coding

Use `@/openspec/AGENTS.md` to learn:
- How to create and apply change proposals
- Spec format and conventions
- Project structure and guidelines

Keep this managed block intact so that `openspec-cn update` can refresh the instructions.
