Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

What the file says

# ai-badger

Agent-instruction framework distributed through a Claude Code plugin and native repository scaffolds for Claude Code, Copilot, Hermes, pi and Codex. Python 3.10+ scripts (detect/scaffold/validate/index_build/drift) materialize a per-repo .ai-badger/ scaffold from a features/{stack|common}/{feature} catalog. engine/requirements.txt declares runtime dependencies plus one optional wrapper guard: jsonschema (required; validation refuses rather than silently passing), pyyaml (optional, guarded, and degrades to a printed note), and pydantic (required; the task-plan model and its schema generator); tomli supplies TOML parsing on Python 3.10; semantica is needed only by the optional wrapper. The task-graph plan server/CLI are PEP 723 scripts launched via `uv run --script`, so the consumer-side prerequisite is uv (it fetches pydantic>=2.12,<3 into its cache on first launch, with no pip install and no project-venv pollution). The plan DAG layer is stdlib graphlib; networkx is deliberately not used. Two .mjs helper scripts under skills/maintain-agent-instructions/.

How to install

The exact contents, by fingerprint
mdr add arasz/ai-badger/.ai-badger/AGENTS.md@sha256:b888c638e1a50384

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261023.c1b033a, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
