Silo stores reusable bundles of typed claims ("knowledge packs") so new wheat sprints start from prior evidence instead of a blank slate. Each pack is a set of constraint, risk, factual, or recommendation claims with evidence grades — ready to pull into any sprint's `claims.json` and be validated by the wheat compiler. Silo also provides claim-seeding integrations that import from Confluence pages, DeepWiki repos, and arbitrary web URLs, with a built-in smart-fetch layer and SSRF guard for safe external corroboration.
